Farmer Marty suggests making this for your valentine.  Ganache recipe is also from Joy of Cooking. ¾ c heavy cream 8 oz bittersweet chocolate (I suggest Ghiardelli’s 60% cocoa chocolate chips.  They’re really the only way to go.)
